The children’s oriented arts and lifestyle brand Deer Little Forest is planting roots across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Leading the brand’s move into the region is Ferly, the global entertainment company charged with developing the IP’s licensing status in the Nordics.
This will be complemented by a publishing roll out across Europe, excluding the UK.
The broad-based deal will see the companies work together to exploit current licensing and publishing assets across traditional category lines, as well as create new content for various platforms, kicking off with publishing.
Additionally, Ferly with work together with other DLF agents on the creation and representation of publishing content, such as board, activity and story books.

Deer Little forest licensing and publishing rights are represented in the UK by the arts and lifestyle agency This Is Iris and in the US by The Lantic Group.
The Ferly deal is the latest in a recent number of steps to take the brand to a wider international audience. It follows particular success for the brand in Japan where it is managed by Honmoku Files.
