Octonuats first launched on the Disney Junior block on the Disney Channel in January 2012. Season three is currently premiering across 2014 on Disney Channel, as well as daily airings on the 24-hour Disney Junior channel.

Season four is scheduled to air in 2015.

"What a privilege to have Disney USA as our long standing partner for Octonauts," said Geraint Marsh, SVP global TV distribution and consumer products (The Americas) at Silvergate Media. "USA fans of Captain Barnacles and Kwazii will be delighted to tune in for this new season of adventures on Disney in 2015."
