Disney unveils new digital series Disney Style for fashion fans

Disney is expanding its Style brand with a brand new five-part YouTube video series designed for fans of fashion and style.

The Disney Style series will be hosted by YouTube influencers LaurDIY, Jaleesa Moses, Meredith Foster and Lucy & Lydia and will give views a glimpse of recent international Disney collaborations, street style and trends in fashion capitals.

Launching August 2nd, the first episode Tokyo Disney Street Style will see LaurDIY explore the way Harajuku Girls incorporate Disney into their Tokyo street style looks.

"From the catwalk in Shanghai to the sidewalk in New York, this new series sees YouTube’s biggest fashion stars explore what Disney style means around the globe," said Josh Silverman, EVP of global licensing at Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media.

"Fashion and pop culture collide in such creative ways, and it’s incredible how fans infuse their favourite Disney characters into daily looks to make a truly personal style statement."

Other episodes will air on August 9th, 16th and 23rd, with the last being played on August 30th.
