For some fans, simply watching Downton Abbey isn’t enough, and now, thanks to a new partnership between Knockout Licensing and Aidan Aryl Enterprises, fans can experience wear scents inspired by the period drama.
The partnership will see a collection of women’s perfume, men’s cologne, scented candles, scented soaps and further fragrance items, launch across the US early this year.
Fragrances in the new collection will be priced between $35 and $500.
Established in 2006, Aidan Aryl has developed various successful fragrance lines for Private Label and national account clients.
"Aidan Aryl impressed us not only with its commitment to crating pure perfumes from the finest ingredients but also its passion for creating romantic and dramatic fragrances and the inspiration it found in the show and its characters," said Brad Wald, chief commercial officer, NBCUniversal International Television Production.
"We are looking forward to working with them to create a wonderful line of personal and home fragrances for Downton fans."
