Emoji lands fashion bag collab with Mexico’s Gorett

The Emoji Company has struck up a new partnership with the fashion label Gorett for a new collection of handbags inspired by the world of emojis.

The collection – that includes vivid colours and avant-garde combinations, backpacks, crossed bodies and wallets – will be available across Mexico at Sears and Sanborns, as well as on Gorett’s own sales channel, HB handbags.

Gorett is part of the Mexican firm Chenson, and has been recognised for more than 40 years for its quality and innovation in the design of backpacks, briefcases, bags and travel items.

“We believe in changes, that’s why our brand reinvents itself with a collaboration that seeks to conceptualise an idea in two collections dressed with the art, vivacity and characteristic expression of the emoji brand,” said Fernando López, CEO of Chenson and Gorett.

We are delighted to be working with Chenson and Gorett on this wonderful of fashion bags,” said Marco Hüsges, CEO and founder of the emoji company. “It is yet another perfect collaboration between two leading brands and the outcome is an adorable and expressive product line for the Mexican market.”
