“A lot of our licensees operate within the gift and souvenir market and are currently experiencing a positive trading period, certainly up on last year. The recession encouraged people to trade down. Those licensees who reacted fastest, with lower price point products (average RRP of £3.99-£4.99) were able to prosper.
