2012 industry charity golf day dated

Annual event moves to new venue in May and will be raising money for The Honeypot Charity.

Licensingpages has unveiled the date for next year's licensing industry charity golf day.

The event has moved to a new venue - Roehampton Club - and will take place on Thursday May 17th 2012. The chosen charity is The Honeypot Charity, with money being raised to help send 12 children on the holiday of a lifetime.

For the golfers there will be 18 holes Stableford, followed by drinks in the bar and a carvery lunch in the dining room. This will be followed with a prize giving auction and a brief speech by John Thirlwall Munro, director of fundraising and communications at The Honeypot Charity.

Meanwhile, the non golfers will be able to use the club's other facilities including a spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There will also be the option of taking part in a golf clinic for those who would like to learn how to play.

Several sponsorship opportunities are available including Nearest the Hole, Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, First Tee and the Halfway Hut.

Companies which supported the 2011 event included 4T2 Multimedia, Aoh!K, Allsorts, AT New Media, Blueprint, Chapman Entertainment, Blues Clothing, Character Options, Pink Key, Rainbow Designs, Start Licensing, TDP Aykroyds, Kilogrammedia and Rainbow Productions among others.
