2waytraffic International has launched the Who Wants To Be a Millionaire 2011 game for iPhone and iPod Touch.
The title - which is also available in HD for iPad users - can be purchased from app stores in 70 countries.
The new game features 500 fresh questions as an optional purchase, plus a new Switch lifeline. Classic lifelines Ask the Audience, 50:50 and Phone A Friend are also included.
It costs £1.79 on iPhone and iPod Touch, or £2.99 on iPad.
The first WWTBAM iPhone game was released in December 2009, topping the download charts in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Subsequent successful local language versions include an Arabic edition for the Middle East, in partnership with MBC, an Italian version with Mediaset and a German version with RTL.
In addition, 2waytraffic is looking to revitalise the brand with new iterations of the show such as Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? Hot Seat, which has already been a hit in Australia.
In terms of consumer products, multi-territory deals have been struck for board games, console games, quiz books and interactive DVDs, as well as Java mobile game which first launched in 2004.
