Royalty auditing firm 360 Audit as revealed a string of new client wins, as well as expansion into new territories.
The firm - which works with global brands to ensure they are being paid the correct royalties under their licensing agreements - has secured contracts with companies including WWE, Michelin Tyres, Global Merchandising Services and The Jim Henson Company.
360 Audit already works with the likes of Liverpool FC, BBC Worldwide, Nickelodeon, Turner and eOne.
The business has also expanded into new territories, including the Middle East and Latin America, where managing partner Henna Riaz (pictured) has appointed senior auditors on the ground.
A number of contracts have already been secured and the 360 Audit team is actively conducting audit programmes in these territories.
Riaz commented: "More and more of our clients are seeing the value of conducting audits in territories outside the UK. As business confidence grows in these areas, licensing programmes are extending and, as a result, auditing is now a vital part of their business strategy.
"In fact, 50 per cent of our audits are now conducted outside the UK, with Latin America, South Africa, North America and Australia being hot spots."
Riaz continued: "We now have established auditors on the ground in a number of global territories, who are well versed in doing business in the area, understand the culture and speak the local language. Many brands in overseas territories operate through agents which can often lead to confusion, mistakes and inaccuracies. It's therefore essential that licensing programmes are being audited correctly by experts."
