The award was presented at 4Kids’ annual agent breakfast summit at the recently concluded Brand Licensing show.
BLI has represented 4Kids brands The Dog and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) since November 2008, and has also recently taken on Chaotic and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s.
Criteria for the award includes performance in target areas such as marketing and communications, creative ideas, brand strategy and meeting key objectives.
BLI has also been recognised for a string of deals this year, despite facing difficult market conditions in Israel. Recent notable achievments include apparel deals with Mitos International for both Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s and Chaotic, a major deal for Yu-Gi-Oh 5D’s that will see Tel Bar Pop producing a range of products, including back-to-school, sport and toys, and signing Shoshi Zohar for 5D’s-branded costumes.
Sandra Vauthier-Cellier, managing director of 4Kids commented: “The team at BLI keep us regularly updated on their activity and are extremely professional in their approach.
"They have been very successful in achieving their objectives for TMNT and have given Chaotic and 5Ds a great start in Israel.”
