4sight grows Chicaloca campaign

Firm picks up European rights; signs new licensees.

4sight Licensing Solutions has secured a series of agreements for Project 109's lifestyle brand Chicaloca.
On top of this, the firm now represents the brand across the whole of Europe.

A toiletries and cosmetics range from SLG - which will include a lip gloss collection, bath and body sets and travel toiletry wallets - will launch in October. This will be joined by a gift line from Peers Hardy including lockable diaries, notebooks and necklace sets.

In addition, 4sight has brought on board BLGS Hometextile, which is developing beach products, including 42 different designs of beach towel and ten designs of flip flops. The range is due to roll out across Spain and Italy from 2012. On top of this, Saicon has developed a Chicaloca Facebook game - it is free to play and lets girls choose a virtual fashion model, buy Chicaloca clothes and accessories using virtual money, dress their model and take part in fashion shows where they can win prizes.

"This is an aspirational brand with fantastic design qualities and has strong appeal to its target market of young girls. We are very confident that the licensing programme will continue to expand across a range of sectors and territories."
