A Squared its making the move into pre-school animation - taking the wraps off Rainbow Valley Heroes.
The series is the first foray into the sector for A Squared and will comprise of 26 11-minute episodes. The aim is to teach kids about the value of friendship, sharing and working hard at school, while educating toddlers on subjects such as recycling, telling the time and problem solving.
"We loved Rainbow Valley Heroes the moment we first saw it," said Andy Heyward, A2E2's found and co-president. "There is nothing like this for kids, and we are excited to help expand this wonderful brand into new product categories and new markets, in addition to producing new episodes for the international marketplace."
Paul Robinson, A2E2's London-based president of international, added: "This is a charming show and one that we're delighted to represent globally as our first pre-school brand. It is a fabulous property with truly cross-cultural and geographic appeal, and we look forward to introducing and growing the brand around the world."
