Epic Rights and Perryscope are joining forces to develop worldwide licensing, retail and ecommerce programmes to support AC/DC's Rock or Bust tour.

Perryscope is a NY-based licensing and merchandising company which represents clients including Pink Floyd, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Genesis, The Police and David Gilmour among others.

The principals of both firms - Norman Perry, president of Perryscope and Dell Furano, CEO of Epic Rights - have had a long history of working with AC/DC.

"AC/DC has always been the top seller of band merchandise and has an incredible archive of artwork, photos, tour logos and imagery," said Perry and Furano in a joint statement. "AC/DC merchandise designs are some of the most famous in rock, including Highway to Hell, Back in Black, High Voltage and For Those About to Rock, among others.

"These designs are the favourites of rock fans worldwide, and we are very excited about designing and selling great new AC/DC merchandise at their concert venues, online and at retail."

AC/DC will kick off the Rock or Bust tour at Coachella on April 10th. It will then continue through Europe from May 5th to July 25th, before opening in North America on August 22nd.
