Following a successful launch at Spring Fair in February, Alligator Books has signed a three-year deal with Turner CN Enterprises to produce Bakugan colouring and activity books in the UK.

Each title sold out its first print run when Alligator debuted the line at Spring Fair, making it the firm's best selling boys licensed range at the show.

"We are confident that Bakugan will be an excellent addition to our portfolio," said Andrew Rabin, sales and publishing director at Alligator. "The retail reaction to these products has been extremely encouraging, which is a testament to the brand's popularity."

Graham Saltmarsh, licensing director for the UK, Benelux and Nordic at Turner CN Enterprises, added: "We are thrilled that Alligator Books have come on board the Bakugan licensing programme and we wish them every success."
