The popular kids' comedy show Annoying Orange will return to Cartoon Network with a second series on Thursday, May 16th.

The show hopes to build on the success of its first series with various celebrity guest voices on board.

Dave Grohl, Rainn Wilson and Al Yankovic appear on the long list of celebrities contributing voice work to the show.

Annoying Orange expanded from a viral video to a web series with more than one billion views, and is now a major part of the Cartoon Network broadcasting schedule.

Developed and produced by entertainment management and production company The Collective, the brand has also seen success with deals for toys, apparel, publishing and more.

The first season of The High Fructose Adventure of Annoying Orange is coming to DVD on May 28th.

The first season also averaged close to two million viewers for all premiere episodes.
