APPAREL MONTH: Hit reveals Thomas Vintage drive

Promotions running with George at Asda and M&S as part of 65th anniversary celebrations.

Hit Entertainment is rolling out a special Thomas the Tank Engine Vintage apparel programme, as part of its 65th anniversary celebrations for the brand.

The creative is based on the original illustrations from The Railway Series by the Rev W Awdry. These stories were first published in 1945.

George at Asda will be launching a Thomas Vintage styled tee in March from Smith & Brooks (pictured).

In addition, M&S will be rolling out a Thomas Vintage themed apparel collection in all stores at the end of the year. There will be 17 skus in-store from October, replacing the current core Thomas range for this season.

There will also be Thomas Vintage product available in other categories including greetings cards, gift wrap and accessories.
