APPAREL MONTH: Simpsons line a hit at retail

New t-shirt designs for Fox property proving popular on the High Street.

Following the news earlier this month of the tie up with High Street fashion retailer Bershka for a line of Simpsons t-shirts aimed at girls, 20th Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising has revealed a number of new apparel lines for the brand.

Within the boys' clothing sector, the range is growing to feature key characters Itchy and Scratchy, as well as Milhouse, reinforcing the increasing appeal and brand stretch of The Simpsons outside of the core family members.

Meanwhile, as part of the Ladies of Springfield programme, a range of fashion lines will feature Lisa.

In addition to the boys and girls ranges, there is a whole collection of male fashion t-shirts and underwear.

Key retail partners for the tees include Marks & Spencer, Next, Top Man, New Look, Asda, Play.com and ASOS.
