Awards boost for Elvis watch line

Nomination in the Hard Goods category is latest success for CPLG and Bellagio Time.

With a nomination in the Best Licensed Product: Hard Goods category at next week's Licensing Awards, Bellagio Time and CPLG are celebrating the continued success of the Elvis Presley branded watch line.

Bellagio Time - founded by Mike Cohen - specialises in top-end time pieces and counts a number of celenbrities among its customers, including Tom Jones and Rio Ferdinand.

All the watches in the range reflect a different period in Elvis' life, from his GI days through to his Las Vegas appearances. They are available from a dedicated website, as well as at the MGM Mirage, Time Warner, Graceland, Bed, Bath & Beyond (US) and at to name a few.

"I have been a fan of Elvis since I can remember and decided to approach CPLG to discuss the Elvis licence," said Cohen. "They have been enormously helpful, fully understanding my wish to create watches that are truly beautiful objects for fans to own. I feel we have achieved this ambition and our Licensing Award nomination confirms that."
