Bagdasarian partners with PGS for Alvinnn!!! and The Chipmunks licensing plan

Bagdasarian Productions has partnered with PGS for its upcoming series Alvinnn!!! and The Chipmunks around the world, excluding North America. 

PGS will now work closely with Bagdasarian Productions on the licensing and merchandising strategy and all aspects of the brand’s development and consumer products roll out. 

“The global response to our new television series has been unbelievably exciting,” said Ross Bagdasarian, CEO of Bagdasarian Productions.

“Janice and I have been incredibly impressed with everything that PGS has accomplished with our latest iteration of the Chipmunks franchise and we felt very confident in extending our business relationship to include licensing and merchandising.

"We are looking forward to collaborating with them on some exciting and innovative programs around the world.”

The new CG show Alvinnn!!! and The Chipmunks marks the return of the brand to television after 20 years away. 

“It’s a tremendous privilege to be representing a legacy brand like The Chipmunks,” said Guillaume Soutter, PGS president.

“This is a property that has been popular with three generations of kids and families, generating billions in music, TV, video/DVD and box office sales. It’s a dream property for buyers, especially with the fresh, contemporary look Janice has created for the show.

PGS will showcase the new Alvinnn!!! and The Chipmunks licensing and merchandising program at the upcoming Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, June 17th to 19th, at booth #D146.
