BBC Worldwide's digital plans boosted

New digital director for consumer products to execute international ecommerce strategy for business.

BBC Worldwide will be significantly ramping up its digital plans, following the promotion of Claude London to the role of digital director for consumer products.

London (pictured) will build on his previous role to execute an international ecommerce strategy for the business, as well as driving growth in the digital delivery of BBC Worldwide's Consumer Product's video output - both download to own and electronic sell-through.

In addition, London will continue to partner with Consumer Product's video, publishing, licensing, audio and music businesses, retail clients and the rest of the business to create digital consumer products, using the latest consumer technology and platforms.
