Bellagio Time has added to its licensed portfolio, signing a two-year deal with ITV Studios to create pieces inspired by Coronation Street's 50th anniversary.

The firm will be designing watches, clocks, pendants, watch jewellery, pens and cufflinks. Prices will range from £20 up to £200 for certain special editions. Bellagio Time will be taking inspiration both from when Coronation Street first began 50 years ago, through to the modern day set, capturing the heritage of the show in its products.

Bellagio Time will also be creating unique one-off limited edition timepieces to be auctioned for charity.

"We are extremely excited to be working with ITV Studios in creating a unique collection of products in celebration of Coronation Street's 50th anniversary," Bellagio Time MD Mike Cohen told Licensing.biz. "The team at ITV Studios have been amazing and very receptive to my ideas. We are being selective in who we supply, as the right partners are key to this licence becoming a success.

"At Bellagio Time we are honoured to be working on such an amazing and much loved family brand."

The collections will be available in spring 2010.
