Following its successful on-air launch, Chorion has now signed up 40 licensees for The Mr Men Show.
The deals cover a wide range of categories. Highlights in clothing and accessories include Aykroyds & TDP, Blues Clothing, Cohen and Wilks and Trademark Collections, while Marks & Spencer will be handling the direct-to-retail licence in this sector.
Arla Foods, Kinnerton and Lightbody Cakes have all signed in the FMCG category; Pyramid Posters are a key gift licensee; Baylis & Harding, Spearmark and ZAP are in the homeware sector; and Jumbo Games and MV Sports line up alongside master toy partner Fisher Price in the toys and games category.
"The interest we have had from licensees and retailers has been phenomenal, and to secure 40 licensees in such a short time is a real testament to the strength of the Mr Men Show property," said Melanie Humberstone-Garley, UK territory manager at Chorion.
"We are delighted to be in a position to roll out such an extensive product range and we are looking forward to welcoming more licensees on board to share in the success."
In addition, the new Mr Men website has scooped gold in the creative category of this year's 11th Revolution Awards.
