Three new gardening deals have been secured for Chapman's pre-school favourite, Fifi and the Flowertots.

Packaged flower bulb export company, M&G has signed up to produce bulbs and garden tools for the property. The flowers will include poppies, daffodils, crocus, iris and tulips - each representing a favourite flower of Fifi and the other characters in the show.

The packaging will be specially branded, with each costing £2.49 or three for £5.

Meanwhile, Mr Fothergill's Seeds has created a mixture of ten flower and vegetable seeeds (£1.25 each). The product names have been designed to reflect the Flowertot gang including 'Flutterby Attracting' and 'Slugsy's Lettuce'.

Finally, Meredith Nurseries will be launching flower and fruit pots in February 2011.

"All the partners have a great reputation in the market and are clear leaders in this category," said Natasha Dyson, head of licensing at Chapman. "We are very pleased to be working with them and excited to bring a new, fantastic collection of gardening products to Focus DIY stores."
