Nickelodeon Consumer Products has appointed Trudi Hayward as its new vice president for UK & Australia regions.
In turn Jeremy Poreca will relocate from Nickelodeon Consumer Products’ New York based offices to join the firm’s London team as director of international retail development.
Both key appointments were unveiled today at Brand Licensing Europe in London.
The firm’s senior VP of International Consumer Products, Michael Connolly, said Hayward and Poreca’s appointments “reflect directions our organisation is taking to fully leverage our portfolio and global scale through aggressive key market growth, expanded retail partnerships and holistically managed marketing initiatives.”
He added: “Hayward’s international licensing leadership and ’s deep understanding of the consumer retail environment will continue to be tremendous assets as we move to accelerate our efforts in these areas.”
Clare Piggott will be leaving her role as VP of Nickelodeon Consumer Products to pursue other opportunities.
Nickelodeon UK managing director Tina McCann said: “I would like to thank Clare Piggott for her work in shaping and leading our UK CP business and wish her every success with her new endeavours. This is a growing part of our network focus and I am delighted to welcome on board Trudi and Jeremy.”
