BLE 2011: DRi takes flight with B. Duck

Hong Kong lifestyle brand aiming to build up a presence in the UK.

DRi Licensing has added Hong Kong lifestyle property, B. Duck to its portfolio.

Developed by Semk Productions, B. Duck is already a success in Europe and Asia. It is aimed at teens, students and young adults, with products covering kitchenware, stationery, gifts and electrical goods.

"We're delighted to be adding B. Duck to our brand portfolio - it's hugely popular in the Far East and w're confident that it will receive a similar reception here in the UK," commented Alicia Davenport, licensing director at DRi. "We are excited to have already lined up a strong gift partner for the property, who will launch their range in the spring."

B. Duck also has a strong retail presence across China and Hong Kong, including 88 shops, as well as a programme of third party promotions and events.
