Zodiak Kids has announced a deal with a licensing agent Fusion for the Tickety Toc brand across Australia and New Zealand.

A further deal has seen Australian Free TV platform Network 10 pick up the rights to the pre-school show.

Tickety Toc launched on Nick Jr. in Australia on May 1st and on July 2nd in New Zealand and the DVD rights for the series have been picked up by Beyond Home Entertainment.

"We are delighted to have Fusion on board as our agent and look forward to building our Tickety Toc business in Australia with them." said Jennifer Lawlor, SVP Consumer Products, Zodiak Rights London.

Fusion's Gail Mitchell added:"We are thrilled to be working with the team from Zodiak to launch Tickety Toc in Australia and New Zealand. There is a gap for a new preschool brand in our market and, based on the current TV ratings, we believe Tickety Toc may well be that brand."

Tickety Toc launched on Nick Jr in the UK as the number one rated show in April and will be launching on Channel 5’s Milkshake slot next month.

Other free-to-air broadcasters who have picked up the series include TG4 in Ireland, Disney Junior in Canada and Pop TV in Slovenia.
