It seems like the end of an era.
After 15 years of dazzling the industry with famously garish suits, Roy Lowe & Sons has made the decision to cease wearing them and instead opt for what can only be described as normal attire.
The shock move has been made after the announcement that the firm will be losing two of its longest serving members.
Richard Radford (Radda The Silver Satsuma) is moving on after 16 years of loyal service, while Carl Sigona (The Young Jedi) has also decided to try pastures new after seven years in the business.
Martin Lowe, director at Lowes, commented: “The eccentric suits have helped the progression of the business, but as a mark of respect to our soon to be departing colleagues we have decided to retire them.
"Radda and Carl will be sorely missed at the Mine, but their shock departure has forced us to regroup and refresh the sales team and focus on continuing to grow the business for what will hopefully be our most exciting period yet."
