Skyfall and Wreck-It Ralph have enjoyed stellar week one Box Office sales.
The movies, from MGM/Columbia and Disney respectively, both broke records.
The 23rd James Bond movie raked in $87.8 million across the world, a new opening weekend record for the 50-year-old franchise, reports Box Office Mojo.
And Disney's animated video game-inspired movie Wreck-It Ralph generated $49.04 million during its opening week in the US, according to the same website. That gives it the highest opening weekend ever for a Disney Animation movie, ahead of Tangled's $48.8 million debut.
Wreck-It Ralph will make its big screen debut in the UK in February 2013.
