Busy Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products has revealed a swathe of new deal across Europe.
First up, NVCP Benelux is partnering with local bicycle-maker Dealmakers to produce a range of Dora the Explorer and Go Diego Go branded wooden and iron scooters, tricycles, four-wheelers and train set accessories. The three-year deal will run across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
In France, meanwhile, Dora the Explorer continues to be the number one pre-school property overall for the third year in a row, according to the NPD 2008 ePos Licence Tracker results.
Moving onto Germany, and the firm has signed a new deal with games company W&L Verlagsgesellschaft for Spongebob Squarepants branded 3D puzzles. The range will initially consist of eight items.
The print push for H20: Just Add Water is gathering pace in the UK, too. Simon and Schuster is currently celebrating the success of its two book titles - Living With Secrets and No Ordinary Girl. Two new titles are due to launch in the spring, followed by DVDs, posters, badges and dolls from Vivid.
Finally, Foot Locker and the Pastry footwear and clothing brand are partnering with MTV to produce their own 20-second TV commercial to promote the launch of Pastry footwear, apparel and accessories. The ad will air from March 22nd.
