Card.com has secured a swathe of new partnerships to feature popular children’s and adults’ brand designs on its collection of prepaid Mastercards.
Shrek, Strawberry Shortcake and new designs from the Carol Van Zandt art brand will now join the firm’s existing collection, featuring Care Bears, Paddington, Sesame Street, the Walking dead and more.
In its partnership with DreamWorks Animation, Card.com brings its Shrek design to the US market, and can be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
“Men and women of all ages love the Shrek characters and we are extremely proud to present these cards to our customers,” said CEO and co-founder of Card.com, Ben Katz.
“Card.com customers love the way they pay.”
Meanwhile, in its new partnership with AG Properties, the firm also offers user to customise their prepaid cards with Strawberry Shortcake designs.
“For more than 30 years, Strawberry Shortcake has transcended the hearts of one generation to the next and continues to reach new audiences,” continued Katz.
“We are very excited today to introduce a new line of Strawberry Shortcake designed cards to the world of payments.”
Completing the new line up, Card.com has also formed a strategic partnership with Carol Van Zandt LLC, licensor of the Carol Van Zandt art brand, to bring a line of 18 Mastercards to the US market.
