A three-day animated TV series event will give European producers the chance to pitch their ideas to hundreds of industry pros.

The Cartoon Forum runs from September 11th to 14th in Toulouse, France, and will attract over 700 participants from 30 countries.

Some 250 buyers will be in attendance, as well as several investors and decision makers in the kids’ TV sector. Around 70 animation projects will be pitched at the 2012 Cartoon Forum, including Screen 21’s Mica, Mica pre-school show.

There will also be networking drinks and the Cartoon d’Or awards at the show.

Attendees can register for the 23rd Cartoon Forum here.

Sega recently said it wants its Sonic the Hedgehog property to become as big as Hello Kitty.
