Cartoon Network’s magazine is going on sale in the Middle East and North Africa.
Under the terms of the agreement, Teshmeel Media Group will publish nine issues of the publication a year, bringing popular characters such as Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Dexter’s Laboratory and Codename: Kids Next Door to newsstands in the MENA region.
Each 32-page issue will include comics, puzzles, games and giveaways targeted at children aged six to 12.
“Working with Cartoon Network will allow us to expose young readers in the Middle East and North Africa to a world of characters that are both fun and entertaining,” said Al-Mutawa, CEO of Tashkeel. “Cartoon Network has a long history of entertaining children with its unique programming, and we’re proud to be working with them to pass that same sense of excitement on to children in our region.”
