Redan Publishing has launched a new magazine based on CBeebies' TV series Boj.

The Fun To Learn Bag-O-Fun magazine launched in the UK this month into various retail stores, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, WHSmith and OneStop, as well as indie newsagents, with an Australian and New Zealand release date set to follow on April 14th.

Julie Jones, joint MD of Redan Publishing, said: “Boj Bag-O-Fun includes a story and activity magazine, colouring book, card activity and a Boj figurine, a must have for all Boj fans.

“We’re delighted to have published a Fun To Learn Boj Bag-O-Fun special. Since we started including Boj in our multi character magazines, it’s become clear that not only is the brand a joy to work with, but it’s also proving very popular with our readers.

“His strong, distinctive style and his inspirational Boj-a-boom ideas for making, baking, drawing, creating, crafting and recycling lent themselves very well to a magazine special.”

David Hodgson, producer and co-creator of Boj, from Pesky Productions, added: “We've suspected for some time that Boj was really starting to connect with young children in a very special way, but to have this clear proof that kids are loving Boj in magazine form is wonderful.”
