Chapman hires Alicom as Nordic agent

Firm to represent Roary the Racing Car and Little Charley Bear in the region.

Chapman Entertainment has kicked off a new partnership with Alicom Licensing, appointing the firm as its agent in the Nordics for two properties.

The company - which has some 26 years experience in the business - will handle Roary the Racing Car and Little Charley Bear.

"We're truly excited to begin our co-operation with Chapman for the Nordic region," said Karl-Johan Rydberg, brand manager at Alicom. "Roary the Racing Car is a great brand with high awareness through TV and DVD, and Little Charley Bear is a fresh kids' brand with great potential to become a future classic."

Gitte Watkins, international licensing and brand manager at Chapman, added: "Alicom offers experience and a true understanding of the markets and our brands."
