Chorion strengthens its US team with key new hires

Bob Traub returns as SVP licensing, supported by two new high profile VPs.

Chorion is expanding its Americas team, welcoming three new high profile executives.

First up, Bob Traub (pictured) is returning to Chorion as SVP of licensing for the Americas, charged with developing retail strategies designed to deliver long-term growth across the firm's portfolio.

Traub was most recently SVP of retail development at BBC Worldwide, and before this he held positions at Nickelodeon, Nestle and Marvel Entertainment.

Moving on, and Joan Grasso will be responsible for building Chorion's toys and games business for the Americas and managing partnerships with master toy licensees for Olivia, The World of Eric Carle, Noddy and Mr Men and Little Miss.

She has previously enjoyed stints at Mattel/Fisher-Price, Nickelodeon and American Greetings.

Finally, Lindsay Martinez joins from Hit Entertainment to take on the role of VP brand management and marketing. She has also previously worked at American Greetings and United Media.
