Atlanta-based youth technology firm Digital Blue is joining forces with Cartoon Network to create a line of electronics products based on new boy brand Bakugan.

The product line will include branded pocket size digital cameras, alarm clock radios, walkie talkies and accessories. Each item will include a point of interactivity with the Bakugan balls from Spin Master.

Roll out will begin in the US in spring, with prices ranging from $14.99 to $39.99.

"Bakugan is a proven entertainment property and we are excited to bring the adventure of Cartoon Network's television show to boys in the form of fun and imaginative electronic products," said Tim Hall, CEO of Digital Blue.

"We think Bakugan is a highly popular brand with many years of potential."

Christina Miller, VP of Cartoon Network Enterprises, added: "Digital Blue is an ideal partner for Bakugan because of the creativity with which it approaches the business. This first ever line of Bakugan consumer electronics includes some unique features that draw upon the innovation that make this brand stand out."
