CPLG has appointed Stephen Gould as its new UK managing director.
Gould will replace current UK MD, Vickie O’Malley, who is leaving the company after 12 years.
In his new role, Gould will report to CPLG’s CEO Peter Byrne and will work alongside numerous entertainment, sports and consumer brands including, Universal.
Gould is currently commercial director at DHX Media and was previously commercial director at Ragdoll Worldwide, where he lead global brands such as Teletubbies and In the Night Garden.
Byrne has welcomed the new appointment.
“Stephen has an impressive track record in building major global brands with experience not only as a licensee, licensor and agent, but also with a background in sourcing and development,” he said.
“He is going to be a great asset to CPLG. I would like to thank Vickie for her incredible work and immense passion as part of CPLG over the last 12 years and wish her the very best in her future endeavours.
