CPLG Germany has made a number of high level staff changes, following the decision by MD Gerold Kolenbrander to step down from his role.

Kolenbrander (pictured) has spent 14 years with the agency, beginning his career there in 1996 as director of finance.

Joachim Knödler steps up from director of sales and retail - a role he has held since 2003 - to become MD.

Sibylle Braune arrives from Merchandising Media, where she was director of licensing and home entertainment, to take on the position of sales and retail director. As well as heading up the German sales team, Braune will also be handling the toy and games categories in build up the licensing activities.

"It was a tough decision for me to leave CPLG after 14 years, a time period in which a business becomes your second home and family," said Kolenbrander. "I wish the company and all my dear colleagues and clients around the world all the continued success on a business level, but also all the best on a personal level."
