With the traditional Christmas TV ads running once again - this time highlighting '15 festive years' - CPLG is aiming to give the licensing programme for Famous Grouse a seasonal boost, too.

Kinnerton is currently enjoying success with a range of Famous Grouse chocolate bars and fudge in retailers including BHS, John Lewis, Iceland and selected garden centres.

On top of this, Mackays is planning to roll out a line of branded preserves, targeting stores including Debenhams, Lakeland and House of Fraser, with a major push coming in the second half of 2011.

Famous Grouse itself will also be introducing a variety of new drinks products next year.

"The licensing programme for Famous Grouse has had a fantastic start, with the chocolate bars from Kinnerton and other food licensees coming on board," John Taylor, CPLG's partnerships manager told Licensing.biz. "We believe that Famous Grouse has great potential for 2011 and beyond."
