CPLG has been appointed as licensing agent for the CGI animated adventure series The Deep as the show gets the green light for a second season.
The firm will now be responsible for developing a robust licensing portfolio for the series across multiple territories including North America, EMEA and Latin America.
Based n an award-winning graphic novel series created by the book author and playwright, Tom Taylor, The Deep has already delivered strong family appeal for broadcast partners.
In the UK, the series was named number three ranked children’s television series across all channels for the week ending September 7th and was the top viewed animated series targeted to kids in the six to eleven year old range through March, July and September.
