CPLG Sport adds equestrian brand

Agency to represent Fédération Equestre Internationale after striking global deal.

CPLG Sport has added to its portfolio - signing a global rights deal with the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI).

The FEI is the governing body for jumping, dressage, eventing, driving, endurance, reigning, para-equestrian and vaulting.

CPLG Sport will now create a style guide for licensees, with product categories to include apparel, non-technical riding wear, publishing and interactive, such as toys, games and gifts.

"The FEI is a truly international brand and, with our network of offices, we are well set up to manage the opportunities it will present," said Nicola Lord, senior commercial manager at CPLG Sport. "Equestrianism is one of the world's most successful sports and we are very excited to be working with the FEI."

Carsten Couchouron, executive director for commercial at FEI, added: "With their specialist experience and international offices, we consider CPLG Sport to be the right partner. We are looking forward to having high quality FEI branded product in the marketplace over the coming months."
