Bright and Beyond is aiming to move the Crufts and Kennel Club brands into the publishing sector, after securing a deal with 4sight Licensing Solutions.

The new agreement covers Crufts worldwide and the Kennel Club in the UK, and relates to fiction and non-fiction for 16 year olds and younger.

"We are delighted to be taking Crufts and the Kennel Club into the field of publishing," said Vicki Willden-Lebrecht, MD of Bright and Beyond. "Dogs are an incredibly important part of many kid's lives, so both these brands have significant potential in the children's books sector and we expect considerable interest from publishers."

Bright and Beyond has recently successfully extended London Zoo and Country Companions into the publishing sector.
