What makes you a good fit for the DC Super Heroes brand?

Rubie’s is the home of the superhero so Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, The Flash and all the other DC Super Heroes (and the villains of course!) are a perfect fit for the Rubie’s brand; if customers want the best choice of superhero costumes, they know to come to us.

What DC Super Heroes products do you sell and what have been your bestsellers?

Rubie’s has well over a hundred different costumes and accessories of DC Super Heroes and villains in its catalogue, some of which are our best-selling costumes.

The Dark Knight Batman range is one of our consistent top sellers, as are villains The Joker and The Riddler, which do well around Halloween, and of course Superman and the Man Of Steel ranges have been hugely successful.

Catwoman, Batgirl and Wonder Woman are in our top sellers for women, while our pink Batgirl for girls is also a popular line.

What makes the brand desirable to you as a partner?

The depth and breadth of the DC range is hugely attractive as it encompasses so many iconic characters with strong identities and distinctive styles that it’s a treasure trove for the dress-up market.

Can you tell us anything about future DC ranges you are working on?

Rubie’s have just launched a new range of DC Super Heroes costume for kids of Batman, Superman and The Flash featuring DC Comics’ recently re-vamped comic style known as the New 52.

The range has a tougher and more detailed look to it as seen in the comic series; they’re available at two price points for the classic or the deluxe versions which include a padded ‘muscle chest’.

The range is already looking to be a hit in the run up to Christmas and into 2015, while in early 2015 Rubie’s will be rolling out an adorable range of DC ‘Hello Kitty’ costumes for girls, which put a Hello Kitty spin on the traditional Batgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Woman costumes.

Further into the future Rubie’s are looking forward to introducing a whole new range in time for the next Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie coming out in 2016.

If you could be any of the DC Super Heroes, who would you be and why?
