DCD Publishing has added to its portfolio, signing up to represent Dino Dan for licensing and merchandising in the UK.
The agreement was secured with The Licensing Shop, and follows the news that ITV will become the UK broadcast home of the series, which mixes CGI and live action.
Launched in 2010, Dino Dan was the most watched debut on Nick Jr in the US, and is now playing globally across 90 countries on five continents, including the UK.
"Dino Dan already has multiple licences on board and has sold over 250,000 DVDs in less than seven months in the US market alone," said Adrian Sington, CEO of DCD Publishing. "The licensing potential in the UK is huge."
Steve Fowler, president of The Licensing Shop, added: "We're thrilled to be working with DCD Publishing in the UK market on Dino Dan. We have wanted to work with them for a while now and the timing is excellent."
