Disney Consumer Products is readying a wide range of tie-in product for its upcoming 3D film, Tangled.
The collection, which launches from this month, includes dolls, dress-up, role play, beauty products, books, stationery, home and fashion items.
DCP claims that the range will closely follow the film's fairytal theme, while also reflecting the plots comedy, action and adventure.
"Tangled has all the elements to make it a hit movie; string characters, action, adventure, humour and romance," said Justine Finch, director of franchise marketing at Disney Consumer Products. "It's the perfect fairytale with a contemporary twist. And we are looking to bring the magic home with our new product range inspired by this movie.
"Tangled also offers great incremental opportunities for our licensees."
The doll collection includes Rapunzel, Flynn Ryder and Maximus the horse.
Tangled is due to hit cinemas in the UK on January 28th 2011.
