Decode Enterprises has appointed IMC Licensing as licensing agent for Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil and Chile for its pre-school property Bo on the Go.
IMC has already inked deals with FEG Entretenimientos for a live stage show in Argentina - which is scheduled for October - and a publishing deal with Ediciones Lea for Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.
Bo on the Go is also represented by Brandzoo in the UK, where it airs on CITV, and France Televisions Distribution for France, where it is broadcast on France 5.
The Sharpe Company represents worldwide licensing rights.
Further worldwide TV sales include Disney Channel Spain, Mnet/KTV in South Africa, Rai Sat in Italy, plus Cartoon Network (India, Taiwan and the Philippines), Digiturk Jojo (Channel 66), Al Jazeera Children's Channel (Arab speaking version), Finland's YLE and KidsTalkTalk in Korea.
In addition, Prava I Prevodia has acquired home video and broadcast rights for both seasons for Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.
"With its active 'get up and go' message, Bo on the Go is ideal for licensing, especially a live stage show which we're looking forward to taking on the road later this year," said Beth Stevenson, executive VP of development and production at Decode.
"We're delighted to partner with IMC in the region where we anticipate the property will be a great success."
