DHX Brands eyes growth in Asia with new appointment

Candy Ho has been appointed to the newly created role of business development director.

DHX Brands is expanding its portfolio of brands across Asia, with the appointment of Candy Ho as business development director, Asia.

In the newly create role, Ho will support and expand the existing network throughout China, Southeast Asia, Korea and Australia, as well as overseeing the relaunch of Teletubbies in China this year.

Before joining DHX, Ho was responsible for heading up the eOne Asia business, and previously held a number of senior pan-Asia licensing and marketing roles at Hit Entertainment and Mattel.

“She brings over 20 years of consumer products licensing experience, combining extensive local knowledge with real entrepreneurial flair.”
