DHX Brands has secured a raft of five new consumer products licensees for the new Teletubbies children’s series.
Joining the current roster of 49 partners for the hit property that launched on CBeebies last year is the likes of Kokomo, HTI, Bladez and Misirli.
Kokomo has come on board to develop a new line of products in the health and beauty category, which includes toiletries and dental.
Meanwhile, HTI will produce Teletubbies-themed toys covering musical role-play and activity games, as well as novelty items.
Bladez on the other hand makes its first leap in to the pre-school arena with a range of inflatable toys, while Misirli will develop a new line of Teletubbies socks.
DHX Brands has also secured Whitehouse for the amusement category, including plush toys.
Products are expected to launch to the UK in autumn this year.

Featuring the voices of British acting talent including Jim Broadbent, Jane Horrocks and Fearne Cotton, the new Teletubbies series follows the same much-loved characters from the 1997 original, however promises to bring an updated look to the show with enhanced visuals and elemtns.
