The World of Dinosaur Roar is jetting into new territories and languages as the pre-school property prepares to celebrate World Book Day.

Owned by Nurture Rights and produced in association with the Natural History Museum in London, the first titles in the Macmillan Children’s Book series are now available in France and Norway.

The series will also be heading to the Spanish, Italian and Estonian markets, alongside the Australian, New Zealand and Canadian markets.

The World of Dinosaru Roar is a new concept that teaches pre-schoolers about dinosaurs. The extensive book series introduces readers to a different title character in each book and uses their personality to teach children.

The World of Dinosaur Roar is already attracting licensee interest as a property with potential across a wide range of categories and merchandise aimed at a core market of children aged two to five.

A sticker activity book is due soon, as well as a dominoes set, a jigsaw puzzle, beanies and plush toys.

Nick Barrington, managing director or Nurture Rights, said: “The World of Dinosaur Roar is an enormously appealing concept that has attracted a large audience in the UK and is now doing the same in other countries.

“With its wit, colour, fascinating facts and engrossing storylines, this is a series of books that really brings an ancient world to life for the very young – something we should all celebrate on World Book Day.”
