Discovery and Uniqlo unveil T-shirt collaboration

The unisex T-shirts will feature genres from the Discovery Channel, including, space, dinosaurs and animals.

A new line of T-shirts celebrating the Discovery Channel are heading to fashion retail chain, Uniqlo.

Following a deal with Discovery Consumer Products and the fashion brand, fans will be able to get their hands on a line of unisex T-shirts, spanning genres including space, animals and dinosaurs.

Plus, with every purchase, customers will receive a DVD boasting dinosaur-focused content from the Discovery Channel in Japanese Uniqlo stores.

“Uniqlo is recognised for their out-of-the-box approach to fashion and their highly creative and innovative designs makes them a perfect fit for the adventurous nature of the Discovery Channel brand,” said Leigh Anne Brodsky, executive VP for Discovery Global Enterprises.

“Their unique UT approach brings Discovery’s mission of inspiring curiosity that will appeal to girls and boys as well as their parents.”

The T-shirts will be available online and in stores in Europe, US, China, Japan and Southeast Esia beginning this month.
